The best option for getting in touch is to give us a call and speak with Hayley our Executive/Administration assistant. Hayley will be able to answer any of your questions or put you through to a member of either our Albury or Torquay based team who can. We have offices in Torquay (Surf City Plaza) and Albury (Dean St) however spend most of our time out of the office with our clients. Should you need to visit the offices, please speak with Hayley.

You should also know that It’s OK to complain and if you need advice or assistance to resolve a complaint about our service and haven’t been happy with our response, you can access independent support from the Health Complaints Commissioner in Victoria – https://hcc.vic.gov.au or the Health Care Complaints Commission in NSW. All our staff are required to understand and apply the NDIS Commission – Code of Conduct in their roles in ensuring our obligation to meeting the NDIS Quality and Safeguard Commission requirements.
